Rose Quartz Palm Stone

Custom made for Healing Nature LLC, Rose Quartz Palm Stones. Rose quartz has been known as the stone of Love by many. Once you begin working with this stone you will see and feel why it is the stone of Love. Rose quartz has such a gentle and rather graceful energy. It is a water element and associated with the heart chakra or in Sanskrit the Anahata chakra.

Water element stones tend to work with the emotional body, cooling and calming the nervous system and ushering in a deep relaxation. When our bodies are relaxed we are better able to heal on a physical level. This is a concept we have learned through Reiki and how Reiki works with the emotional and physical bodies. There are many scientific studies that show the connection between a relaxed nervous system and how that deep relaxation helps to start the actual physical healing process. Rose quartz is an excellent stone to work with when in need of that deeper relaxation state that most of us do not get on a daily basis due to so many distractions in our daily lives.

When we are in a deep state of relaxation we are also better capable of tapping into our true essence of being eternal, blissful, and full of knowledge. We therefore can also begin to truly understand compassion and what it means to be a compassionate being. We perhaps will become better at expressing the energy of Love to all living beings.

I would put a few rose quartz stones in a bath with epsom salts and my favorite essential oils to help release and clean up lower densities and promote a very relaxed state.
